Day Three
Stones and Deadlift/car hold for time
as you can see, the crowd was great and all the competitors took
time out to walk around and sign autographs...it was like they were
rock stars!
Big Glen and Mark K...only got 2...these were the highest dam
platforms!..and I thought the Indiana Boys were trying to make
things hard!
Gary Mitchell...still going strong!
Ken Brown...still going ..even with a torn hamstring!
This is the first time Anyone has gotten All of THESE 5 stones
on These Very High platforms in a contest!

The Awards and Champaign!
This event was open to everyone who competed at Gatineau.
The weights started at 575lbs for a warm up, then
to 825lbs, then to 1022lbs to break IFSA's current record. Next went
1062lbs then a try at 1092lbs!
It came down to Martin and Ken. Ken set the new record at 1000lb
earlier this year, the Marin broke the record at the Canadian
Championships with 1005.

Ken Brown now officially holds the IFSA and The All Time Silver Dollar Dead Lift Record of 1062lbs.
Congratulations
to Ken!...who, by the way, was competing that weekend with a torn
hamstring!
...Just think what he could have done if he had two to pull with!
