God bless Bill Holland and his staff for organizing the much needed North American Strongman Society (NASS). Bill's efforts with fine contests like the Metroplex is just what the sport of strongman needs. Ably assisted by wife Linda, along with referees Randall Devers and Ray McDonald, this affair ran very smoothly.
The implements were very well constructed and heavy as they should be. Also the use of weight classes (175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, and +300), along with a teenage and masters class, made this the best grass roots level meet I've been to to date. Keep them coming Bill.
