Yoke
walk with 700# over 150' course.
2.
Strict
Barbell curl with E-Z Curl Bar - shoulders touching wall and the feet no
more than 15" from wall.
3.
Log lift jerk for reps - log weighs 21 0#. You have to clean each rep and
jerk overhead.
4.
Beer
keg jerk for reps - keg weighs 235# - you have to clean each rep and jerk
overhead.
5.
Truck
push - S-1 0 pickup with 600# in the bed of the pickup uphill 150' for time.
6.
Power clean with 225# for reps.
7.
Rock lift onto a slab - 6 rocks weighing from 1 00# to 300# - the rocks will
be carried 10' and lifted onto a slab about waist high for time.

1st
$650, 2nd $400 in both Light and Heavy

Entry
deadline August 10. At that time I will determine if there will be a
Lightweight class. The last two years we have not had enough. Money will be
refunded immediately if we only go with Heavyweight. NO ENTRIES
ACCEPTED AFTER AUGUST IO. If the Lightweight is cancelled, the
heavyweight prize money will go up.
